Understanding the body, giving impulses to the soul

The workshop for everyone who wants to better understand the language of their body and know what their symptoms are trying to tell them.

This one-day workshop will take place on the first Sunday of every month. The workshop will be held in German or English, depending on the number of registrations.

You will experience symptom constellations and/or you will constellate your own symptoms. If you want to understand what your body is trying to tell you through your symptoms, this is the place to do it. 

You’ll have the opportunity to explore this in a trusting and confidential atmosphere and among like-minded people.

Any symptom can be constellated in this workshop. This could be something specific that you have been carrying around for years, such as chronic back pain, neurodermatitis, a recurring bladder infection, a sports injury that won't heal, a broken arm for the third time, or an infection that persists. But you can also constellate seemingly diffuse phenomena such as fatigue, insomnia, anxiety or depression. 

You don't need to have formulated your problem precisely. It is not uncommon for participants to bring with them a range of additional issues, including feelings of insecurity, a sense of being overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts, and a general sense of being stuck. Before each constellation, I will explain how we can address your concerns and determine the topic of the constellation.

You don't need any previous experience for your constellation. 
However, I encourage you to be open to the method, which may be new to you, and to bring a healthy dose of curiosity.
